the dendrological section

The Dendrological Section covers the area of ca. 4 ha. It is a place, where trees and shrubs of large ornamental value are presented. They are usually cultivars, varieties, rarely botanical ones. These plants are often unique and are rare in gardens. Noteworthy is also the subsection of Polish Ornamental Cultivars as well as the National Cotoneaster Collection, comprising more than 120 taxa. It is the biggest collection of this kind in our country and it is scientifically documented as well.
